keep going until best of how many rounds you want to play. so when the first round has been won, the loser could have a reset army and 2000 coins while the winner could have 2500 coins. keep in mind that the reset army does not have the variety of units that could have been placed in the very first round. the loser can either keep or reset their army. the winner gets an additional 500 but places after the loser. but the winner and loser are restricted to two randomly picked factions in the next round(secret faction has less chance to get chosen) to add on to their army and are given 1000 coins each. in the first round, both players can place any unit. Strategic is where, like caduceus said, you flip a coin or roll a dice and the loser goes first in placing units. Worst case, I hope the devs find a way to generate random AI fights. I think these would really open up some unique scenarios and even help understand strengths/weaknesses of certain units/positioning. AI maps but with progressive rounds).įor co-op, we would need some beefy AI generation - not an easy feat - but it could be fun giving each teammate a specific Faction or even a couple to choose from to beat a level. It would be random chaos, but could be a sort of "best 2/3" setting, where the winner of a round has limited changes they can make make, giving the opponent a more customizable chance to counter (think current Vs.

Even if it's just via friend invite, these could be really fun.įor 1v1, I imagine selecting a map, but not being able to see your opponent's side of the field until the fight starts. It's hilariously fun, and I've cried from laughter on multiple occasions. First off, let me just say that I absolutely love this game.
